Would you charge for accessing the Problem?

Absolutely not. We operate a ‘No Fix – No Fee’ policy and will gladly spend time inspecting your device and running diagnostics on it if appropriate – you don’t pay a thing for this. Even if we find we can fix a problem quickly with no part requirement we won’t charge you – we revive around 50% of ‘faulty’ charging ports with a micro clean – no charge for that – which usually makes for very happy customers!
